This is our Rabbitry Guarantee
    If you are interested in any of our rabbits, please read the following and sign the attached guestbook with a message that you agree to the following conditions. This just has to be signed before we can ship your rabbits to you.
    All of our rabbits have been bred solely for the purpose of improving the stock and maintianing show quality.  If they are listed as pet quality, the rabbit is still from a quality bloodline. All rabbits have pedigrees availiable!!!!

Bundles of Bunnies Rabbitry Guarantees:

    The health of your rabbit is guaranteed fo two weeks after purchase, there are no visible signs of disease (diarrea, nasal or eye discharge, malocclusion, sore hocks, infections, wounds, abscesses, broken bones, other deformaties) please feel free to examine the rabbit.
    If your rabbit exhibits any signs of disease within 2 weeks please call immediately and we can mutually decide on the cause of the problem. If it can be traced back to the Bundles of Bunnies Rabbitry you can return the rabbit for a full refund or a replacement rabbit if  available (see exceptions paragraph regarding Shipping).
    We Ship rabbits worldwide via major airlines using a registered pet shipping service. We can provide Airfair quotes upon request (costs include pet carrier, vet inspection and optional insurance). Payment for rabbits and shipping costs must be made in full before shipping arraingements are made and filght is booked.Please contact us regarding any questions about Air shipping.
    We will hold a rabbit for you for up to 1 month with a good faith deposit of $10 (per bunny - only on JW, HL, & LHL).  For more expensive bunnies such as Lionheads and Dwarf Angorahs 50% deposite is required. If you decide not to take the rabbit we will return the $10 to you (see Exceptions paragraph regarding Lionhead and Dwarf Angorahs). We offer this policy so you are able to take your time to decide whether or not you wish to undertake the responsibility of a rabbit ownership. We will not rush anyone into making a decision to purchase a rabbit and feel this is the fairest arrangement for both perspective owner and ourselves.
    Rabbit pickup or visits to our rabbitry are available by appointment. Please email us if you would like to set  a time.  No Saturday or Friday Evening appointments!
  Any other problems: If you ever have a problem with your rabbit please call us for assistance.
    We will not knowingly sell a "mean" rabbit, mean defined as vicious. If you are having trouble with a rabbit please call us immediately and the rabbit will be evaluated. We will provide any assistance and training help if you are having difficulties with a rabbit. Also keep in mind most behavior problems can be "cured" with spaying and neutering and maturity of the rabbit.
Follow up: Bundles of Bunnies Rabbitry would like to attempt contact you within 2 weeks (by Email or phone) to make sure you are happy with the rabbit.  We welcome email and phone call updates on how your rabbit is doing. Pictures and/or stories may be put on our web page.  We may send updates via emails to those who have contacted us unless requested otherwise.
    Recommendations: You should spend time learing all you can about rabbit care. Pet stores, book stores and the local library are good sources of informative books. If possible your pet rabbit should be kept inside the house, it's better for the rabbit and for you if it is a pet.  We do have rabbit care pamphletes available by request.
    Exceptions:
    This policy is void if we inform you on or before the date of purchase of any illness or mutation, or if you inspect and are satisfied upon purchase. If  a rabbit is shipped without your inspection we will not pay for refunds as shipping requires a vet inspection. Insurance can be purchased from the airline for about $1 per $100 value.
    I f you are under the age of 16 we require the permission of a parent or guardian.
    Lionhead and Lionhead Lop rabbits require a 50% deposit, and only $25 will be refunded if you choose to back out! This is due to the cost and demand of this breed, which results in greater loss when a reserved rabbit is not taken.

If you bounce a check or payment is falssified we retain the right to proceede with leagal action and/or contact the authorities.  If nessesary we will inform others in the rabbit field (including ARBA) not to do business with you due to this fraud.  This is our policy unless payment is taken care of and compensation of lost funds is replenished.
